Swedishkayt follows “international Yiddish icons” YidLife Crisis—Canadian duo Eli Batalion and Jamie Elman—on a whirlwind adventure through Stockholm. With their trademark wit and “gefilte fish out of water” perspective, they uncover the little-known story of Sweden’s Jewish community, from the first immigrant 250 years ago to today’s vibrant “Jew’s Who.”

Along the way, they discover that Yiddish, surprisingly, is a protected minority language in Sweden, forging unexpected connections across continents.
