One of the greatest choral masterpieces ever composed, Mozart’s Requiem is a work of tremendous poignance and emotional depth. Maestro Robert Moody leads the Festival Orchestra, Festival Chorus and guest soloists in this profound musical work. The concert also includes Ibert’s Flute Concerto to be performed by Festival Orchestra member Henrik Heide (Cincinnati Symphony), as well as Barber’s Toccata Festiva, an exuberant and celebratory work for organ and orchestra, featuring soloist Ilona Kubiaczyk-Adler.
