In the 1990’s, a massive number of Jews made aliyah from the former USSR. Many were children and teens. Seen through their eyes, three decades later, we learn of the struggles they and their families experienced transitioning into Israeli society. Blending their dual identities, this “Generation 1.5” continues to add its imprint on Israeli culture and technology.
