In Barrio Olvidado – The Forgotten Barrio, artist Jorge Ruiz leads a hands-on, two-day workshop where participants build miniature models of meaningful Tucson places that no longer exist. Through memory, storytelling, and craft, you’ll recreate a lost shop, home, or hangout — contributing to a shared model neighborhood that keeps these stories alive. Open to ages 16+, no advanced skills required.
