The exhibition presents rare and historic flutes such as an 8\,000 year old ancient Chinese bone flute\, an exquisite bamboo hitoyogiri made for 14th-century Japanese emperor Go-Daigo\, and crystal flutes owned by Napoleon and Louis Bonaparte. The opening weekend will feature a dynamic lineup of pan flute crafts\, curator talks\, and performances spanning everything from opera arias to Irish rock.
