10th Bösendorfer and Yamaha US-ASU International Piano Competition

Recognized as being among the top piano competitions in the world, The 10th Bösendorfer and Yamaha US-ASU International Piano Competition attracted a total of 295 pianists from 24 different countries with 43 selected to perform in the semifinal and final rounds. Out of those, 209 applied to the Bösendorfer Competition (ages 19-32); 36 to the Yamaha Young Artists International Senior Competition (ages 16-18) and 50 to the Yamaha Young Artists International Junior Competition (ages 13-15). Prizes included more than $50,000 in cash awards, performance opportunities and recording contracts for the top winners. The competition is held at Arizona State University’s School of Music, Dance and Theatre, Katzin Concert Hall from Jan. 3—8, 2023.

All ticket sales are ONLINE ONLY or by calling Purplepass directly. There will be no in-person sales at the event, purchase tickets in advance. Guests who do not have a ticket at the door will be directed to purchase them online or by calling Purplepass. Additional fees apply to every purchase.

Daily/Weekly Passes
Separate daily pass tickets are required for each day of competition attendance unless you purchase a week pass. Use the ‘continue shopping’ feature to purchase daily passes for 2-4 separate dates or go back to the main page to select ‘Week Pass’ if attending all 5 days. The Winners Recital on Sunday requires a separate ticket from the daily or weekly pass. Prices: General $18/day or $80/week | Student $10/day or $45/week
