We close our 2023-2024 season with four diverse and dynamic works. Known for his uplifting and energetic style, celebrated American choreographer Kiyon Ross brings his third piece to Tucson, Sum Stravinsky, a charming tutu ballet with a twist. The Ballet Tucson premiere of choreographer Paul Gibson’s neo-classical ballet The Piano Dance delivers a unique blend of athleticism, grace, humor and sensuality highlighted by a brilliant array of piano solos. The audience selected winning work from our September 28, 2023 Footprints at the Fox choreographer’s showcase will make its main stage premiere. A regal jewel of classical ballet with a lively Spanish flair, Paquita makes its long-awaited return.
